Tom leads Frequence's day-to-day operations, overall vision, and strategy. Tom has over 20 years of experience, holding multiple executive roles leading businesses from early stage startups to publicly traded companies.

Sarah Chamberlain


Sarah heads the Frequence design team on client creative and takes the lead on internal initiatives such as product design. Sarah comes with a diverse background which includes 15 years of experience with direct response, e-commerce, branding and political campaign work.

Oliver Jacob


Oliver is responsible for sales, customer success, support, strategic alliances and business development. Oliver brings over 13 years of advertising and digital network experience with McCann Erickson, Grey and Science Applications International Corporation.

Steven Han

Operations & Strategy

Steve is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that focus on identifying and developing new options for delivering the highest level of operational performance for Frequence clients. Steve has over 15 years experience in business operations and technology implementation consulting.

Matt Robles

Product & Engineering

Matt is responsible for the Frequence product roadmap, including feature releases and extracting actionable insights from advertisers, agency partners and other stakeholders. Matt brings over a decade of experience delivering complex algorithm-based products to market.

Amit Dar


Amit leads strategic Engineering projects focusing on scaling the Frequence platform. Amit also drives new initiatives around Big Data, Machine learning and Real-time RTB Architecture. Amit has over 15 years of experience in the software field.

Scott Huber


Scott oversees development of the Frequence technology platform and ad serving infrastructure. Scott has over 15 years of experience in all aspects software development, including management, architecture, and user interface development.
