Regence Blue Cross & Blue Shield Receive Record Number of Engagements

Regence is a nonprofit organization working to transform the healthcare system and provide their members with high-quality, affordable care.  As the largest health insurer in the Northwest/Intermountain Region, Regence serves 2.2 million members as Regence BlueShield of Idaho, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah and Regence BlueShield (in Washington).

Goals

  • Successfully deliver unique messaging to 4 different regions (Utah, Seattle, Portland and Idaho) to help Regence create awareness for their insurance programs.
  • Maximize engagement of consumers across all regions to help them learn about Regence program options and to enroll in their plans.
  • Optimize for engagement across specific audience segments in rural, urban and suburban areas.

Performance

  • Frequence delivered a 50% increase in campaign audience engagement metrics across their campaign compared to previous benchmarks.
