Meet Our Leadership Team
Sarah Chamberlain
Creative Director
Sarah leads the creative design team on client products, launch of new media products and internal design needs, such as collaboration with the marketing, csm and product teams. Sarah comes with a diverse background which includes over 20 years of experience with direct response, e-commerce, branding and political campaign work.
Anna Tavora Enerio
Head of Marketing
Anna leads all marketing activities, including product marketing, demand generation, communications, and public relations for Frequence. Anna has had more than 20 years of tech marketing experience with digital marketing agencies and leading strategic marketing teams from start-ups to enterprise companies.
Steven Han
VP Operations & Strategy
Steven is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that focus on identifying and developing new options for delivering the highest level of operational performance for Frequence clients. Steve has over 20 years experience in business operations and technology implementation consulting.
Mike Smith
VP Sales
Mike oversees Frequence's sales team. He brings a dozen years of experience leveraging tech to deliver best-in-class solutions to advertisers of all sizes. Mike launched Sportradar's in-house ad agency, calling on sportsbooks, teams and leagues. Before that, he worked on the publisher solutions team at Basis bringing programmatic advertising solutions to local media companies.
Matt Robles
VP Product
Matt is responsible for the Frequence product roadmap. His team of designers and product managers are constantly iterating and balancing user requirements, stakeholder value and technical opportunities. Matt brings 20 years of experience delivering impactful algorithm-based products to market.
Kate Tucker
Head of People
Kate is responsible for overseeing professional and corporate development, cross-functional team collaboration and employee lifecycle management. Kate has 15 years of experience in organizational development, human resources management, and strategic people and business operations working with start-ups and enterprise companies.
Haridev Vengateri
VP Engineering
Haridev leads Frequence Software LLP's day-to-day operations and is responsible for design, architecture and development. Haridev has over 20 years of enterprise software development experience including managing teams in multiple geographies from early stage startups to publicly traded companies.
