Description

We are looking for a Director of Talent Development who will lead Frequences efforts to attract, develop and retain our employees.  This individual will focus on designing and implementing programs and processes to hire the very best talent.  They will also be responsible for leading and developing performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Talent Development organization
  • Refine and develop a robust talent acquisition strategy that helps Frequence hire the best and brightest employees
  • Manage and refine best practices for onboarding and new employee orientation
  • Develop a corporate training and leadership programs
  • Drive employee engagement
  • Design and develop ways to better assess our employees to design training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate employee training and development programs 

Role Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Deep understanding of recruiting for multiple roles, levels and geographic locations
  • Superior leadership skills
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead, design and implement full cycle performance management programs
  • Lead and develop one's team
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting and retention methodologies and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state and local employment laws and regulations

 

Education and Experience

  • BA in Human Resources or related field  
  • MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in Talent Management, or broad HR experience
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing: internet, social, networking, employee referrals, job posting, agencies
  • Experience in developing and capturing metrics to report on performance
