The Opportunity:  


The Client Integrations team owns client onboarding and ongoing client requirements for our platform. We are subject matter experts for all product configurations and platform strategies. We analyze the needs of the business and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Frequence partners are getting the maximum benefit from their solutions.

What You Will Do: 

  • Support all aspects of client onboarding
    • Gather and define partner requirements
    • Develop implementation plans
    • Communicate deliverables and timelines
    • Integrate with platform capabilities
    • Conduct internal testing to ensure successful launches
  • Work with the team to build tools and processes to scale our solutions
    • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve workflow
    • Understand business needs and priorities to drive product vision and development strategy
Who You Are:
  • 1- 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to learn new technical skills quickly
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A great co-worker with a strong interest in adding to our company culture and contributing to a positive work environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with data in SQL
  • Eagerness to take ownership
  • A global mindset
