The Opportunity:

The Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Frequence Marketing Department.  This individual will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment to drive the product marketing activities necessary for growing market share, revenue, and market awareness for our leading ad tech workflow platform. The Product Marketing Manager will also help develop sales collateral to enable effective selling, research and identify new market opportunities, work with product management to influence product direction, and work with other projects such as  product launches and demand generation.

What You Will Do:  

  • Support Sales, Partner Development and Customer Success to develop product marketing collateral,  sales presentations, competitive intelligence information, and whitepapers to enable sales organization success with customers.
  • Help develop company videos, one pagers, event activities and brochures, etc.
  • Research competitive  product pricing and train the sales organization on competitive changes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and develop competitive positioning for the product line.
  • Work with PR and digital marketing teams on product launch-related activities.
  • Work with product management to influence the product management roadmap based on changing market dynamics and new opportunities.
  • Work with demand generation team to develop proper messaging for offers and review ideas to drive lead generation activity.
  • Ensure the overall success of the product line working in conjunction with sales, marketing and product management organization
  • Develop and manage onboarding material, customer success documents/tools, activation presentations, case studies, and business development/sales material
  • Collaborate with digital marketing  for Frequence’s social media outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with UX team members for defining personas, user journey, and customer research

Who You Are: 

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related discipline combined with related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or outbound marketing role (ideally within software or SaaS products.)
  • Understanding of the advertising landscape
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing & product management organizations.
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to draw business relevant inferences from data.
  • Results-oriented approach, ability to take calculated risks.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamics.
  • Demonstrate upstanding character, leadership, consistent execution and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Work hard, play hard attitude!

Nice to Have: 

  • Ability to work in both teams as well autonomously
  • Eagerness to take ownership
  • Ad-tech and/or programmatic advertising experience
  • Nice to have Bay Area based product marketing manager but will consider remote for the right candidate
